Certainly they have created a customer for life. The theft from my car wasn't management's fault at all and they really didn't *have to* do anything - but Al, the GM, not only refilled a card, but gave us extra game play and even gave my daughter an extra gift from the store that she really had her eyes on! My daughter was over-the-moon happy! And we both were and are grateful beyond words for the professionalism and kindness exhibited by Pinstack Las Colinas. I had one distraught daughter as a result (because she never said anything on one of those cards before and had her eye on a prize in the gift shop she was saving for). I shared with him that, in an unrelated incident of unfortunate timing, I also had my car broken into and our Pinstack card (with saved up points) was stolen from my car.

PINSTACK is Irving/Las Colinas’ premier venue for indoor family activities. A couple of days later I noticed the charge on my card from the bar was not accurate. Last week my daughter and I were at Pinstack, playing in the arcade, and bought a bottle of water at the bar. A sign of a GREAT establishment is one that can take a potentially bad situation and turn into a positive experience that deepens and prolongs the relationship with the customer! The General Manager, Al, did just that with me.
